How to Get Book Reviews in 3 Steps

Book Reviews

Every author’s dream is to get five start book reviews for the book they published. But even after several days of your book launch, you might not get any reviews. However, positive reviews are critical if you want to make your first sales. So let’s look at the top 3 steps to getting good book reviews.

Identify your audience: If you want to get as many positive reviews as possible, start your book review campaigns at least four months before publication. First, you need to identify who will be interested in your book and who will be reading it. Then, to clarify who your target audience will be, find the audience of your genre and identify the magazines and blogs they visit.

Identify relevant book blogs: Once you know your audience, find relevant blogs that will give you exposure to that audience. In addition, find good blogs that will review books in your genre.

Add call to action: Once your book is published; add a simple call to action on the book’s last page. For example, you can ask your readers to leave an honest review.

Follow these three steps to get reviews for your book.
